Feedback that connects rather than judges
Classic 360 feedback measures competencies. Our tool looks further: how does your colleague experience the way you listen, the way you set a boundary, the way you stay in dialogue when things get tense.
The questionnaire is built around four competencies from Connecting Communication: self-awareness and self-regulation, empathic listening, clear and connecting speech, and handling tension and decision-making. Not a verdict, but a mirror that helps you choose more consciously how you enter a conversation.

How it works
Three steps, thirty days at most
Invite
The employee receives a private area of their own. That is where they invite their respondents. We recommend 8 to 12 people. The report unlocks from 5 completed questionnaires onwards, to protect anonymity.
Collect
A fourteen-day feedback window. Respondents anonymously answer 12 statements and 3 open questions. The participant only sees anonymous progress, never a link between who and what.
Reflect
A Human Matters coach reviews the aggregated results and writes a personal interpretation. The report becomes available to the participant a few days after the last respondent has given their feedback.
